Rhian Deacy

Senior Associate

Rhian joined Beale & Co in June 2019. Prior to joining, Rhian worked for both Global and UK law firms where she gained experience in defending Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability and Health and Safety prosecution matters. Rhian worked with clients in a wide variety of sectors and worked with a number of large insurers, gaining experience in dealing with Policy coverage issues.

Rhian now specialises in defending professional negligence claims at both the pre-action and litigation stages. She acts for a range of professionals including solicitors, accountants, surveyors and construction professionals and also works closely with insurers.
